Powering AI Processors using a 48V Factorized Power Architecture™
Using a 48V Factorized Power Architecture™ to overcome traditional multiphase limitations and drastically cut I²R thermal losses for high-demand loads
The Vicor DCM2322 family of isolated and regulated DC-DC converters provide high efficiency and high power density for rail, defense, aerospace, process control, and industrial applications.
The DCM2322 family has a high-frequency Zero Voltage Switching topology achieving efficiency above 90% and can operate from a wide range of input voltages. The converters are offered with output power levels from 35W to 120W in a package that measures 22 x 23 x 7mm.
Output voltages range from 3.3V to 48V, and the DCM2322 provides 3000VDC isolation as well as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and thermal protection. The converters can operate in enhanced regulation mode or array mode, with multiple units operating in parallel without derating.
